FAQ's
Q: Do I have to pay a deposit? A: Yes. We will always require a minimum deposit of £50 on receipt of our booking form, or alternatively you may wish to pay the full balance. Corporate clients may be eligible for account status whereby we can invoice you.
Q: Do you provide a taxi service? A: We will happily provide a saloon and chauffeur service but we don’t run standard taxis.
Q: Do your coaches have toilets? A: No. Over 30 years of business we have stuck to a rule of not providing such on board facilities as they are rarely used and we are more than happy to provide on route toilet/service breaks.
Q: Do you take card payments? A: Yes. We are happy to accept all cards except from Diners Club, American Express and Visa Electron. There is a standard 2.5% surcharge on card payments up to a maximum charge of £50.
Q: A group of us want to go to Ikon and Jumping Jaks, can you assist? A: Unfortunately we don’t cater for the nightclub market due to strict driver hours regulations but we will happily look at your stag/hen night requirements depending on timings and location etc.
Q: Do you provide a ‘Driver Only’ option? A: Yes. We will be more than happy to provide a fully qualified and highly experienced chauffeur for any distance to cater for your companies requirements.
Q: Do you do a ‘Self Drive’ Option? A: No. All our vehicles are chauffeur driven.
Q: Are there any rules we should know about? A: There is strictly no smoking, eating takeaway foods or drinking alcohol on board any of our vehicles. |
